Thank you AMPORT for doing such a wonderful job renovating our apartment in Brooklyn. Everyone who sees it thinks it is just gorgeous. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and we are very pleased with the fixtures and other products you all helped us choose and the way you installed everything. Not only the end result is important, however. The entire process was handled beautifully. You promised the work would be completed within a certain time and within a certain budget, and you delivered. And when we requested unexpected changes that hadn't been planned for, you accommodated us without a hitch. One of the things that impressed Therese and me the most is how responsible you were during the entire process. When one of the appliances did not work properly, you sent your guys to meet the repairman, even though the job was basically completed. This saved us from having to take off from work and we know it was an inconvenience for you. And you went back several times. When it was finally determined that the appliance couldn't be repaired, you intervened with the supplier to get us a new one. This type of personal service is priceless.

AMPORT, what a team! You are not only skilled craftsmen, excellent businessmen, but truly gentlemen. I know Therese really enjoyed working with you in the design of the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. Your suggestions were very helpful. It was a real pleasure working with you. These Guys Were Top-Notch

Dear AMPORT,

I'm writing this letter to thank you and your crew for a job well done. Last week the siding, windows, trim and gutters were completed at my house. During the project you crew, especially Manny, took very good care of my house and property. Every day they cleaned the work site and stored their materials neatly. Their attention to detail with installing the windows, siding and trim was second to none. I have personally installed siding and trim before and know what it takes, and let me tell you these guys were top-notch. Through nice days and nasty days they worked hard. They got caught in a few rainstorms but stuck it out to get my house put back together. I have received numerous comments from my neighbors about how nice the house looks and finally feel like we are no longer the old house on the block. AMPORT Did an Outstanding Job

Dear AMPORT,

As you may recall, when I was the mayor of the Incorporated Village of East Williston, AMPORT was the successful and low bidder on a substantial job in connection with the renovation of the village hall and painting of the entire building, as well as the firehouse. The board of trustees and I were extremely pleased with the results, as AMPORT completed the job in an extremely professional manner and on time. Thus it was without delay, when Margaret and I decided to renovate two bathrooms in our house in East Williston, as well as the renovation of a bedroom suite, that we called on AMPORT. Because the bathrooms were completely gutted and we chose unusual fixtures, the job was much more complicated that I originally envisioned. Nonetheless, in typical manner AMPORT and its excellent mechanics and painters did an outstanding job with which we are extremely pleased. Everything was Done the Right Way

Dear AMPORT,

Just a note of thanks and gratitude for the beautiful new driveway and front stoop that was recently completed. Already knowing that we picked the right contractors for the job as a result of the addition and kitchen that AMPORT remodeled for us a few years back, Donna and I were confident that the workmanship and materials would be first rate. And it is. Thanks to AMPORT for the time and care spent in making sure that everything was done the right way. I am particularly glad that you took the time early on to present to us some alternatives in masonry materials, as we decided to use block pavers in place of poured concrete for the driveway. As my dad puts it: "It's European looking, it's really beautiful." It's rare nowadays to see the quality and workmanship that your company demonstrates in every little thing it does.
